This site is run by the GTME Consulting team, based in Delhi, India. You can reach us at hello@gtme.consulting.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use it.

You’re welcome to read, share and link to any page. When you use the site, please don’t:

• copy large parts of it, or republish it as your own
• scrape or bulk-download it, beyond what our robots.txt allows
• try to break, overload or get around its security, including the bot check on our forms
• send false details through a form, or send requests in someone else’s name
• use it for anything unlawful

We may block access for anyone who does. We may also change, pause or remove any part of the site without notice.

The free audit form is free and creates no obligation on either side. We build 3 audits a day, first come. We may ask you to book a call instead if we’re full.

Your audit is prepared for your own evaluation. The page it lives on is private to you and expires after 30 days.

Our privacy notice says how we handle the data in the audit form.

The pages on this site are general information about how we work. They aren’t advice for your business.

Nothing on them binds us until we sign a contract with you. We check the facts we publish, including other companies’ prices and rules, and we show the date we checked them. They can change after that date, so check them before you rely on them.

The terms of any paid service are in the contract we sign with you. That includes the price and what happens if LinkedIn restricts an account. If this site and the contract differ, the contract wins.

The text, documents, designs, name and mark on this site belong to GTME, or we use them with permission. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License, and the icons under the MIT license.

You may quote short parts of a page with a link back to it. Anything more needs our written permission.

We link to other sites, such as LinkedIn’s legal pages and help centre, and other companies’ price pages. We don’t control them. We aren’t responsible for what they say or how they handle your data.

We provide this site as it is. We don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss from using this site. We also aren’t liable for any loss from relying on what it says. That includes lost profit, business, data or opportunity, and any indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law says we can’t limit, such as liability for fraud. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we can’t settle a dispute about them by talking, it goes to arbitration. That arbitration runs under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The arbitration is seated in Mumbai, with one arbitrator, in English. Hearings may take place by video. This doesn’t stop either of us asking a court for urgent relief.

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of the page show which terms are live. The terms that were live when you used the site are the ones that apply to that visit.
