How it works

How GTME runs your LinkedIn outreach.

Every plan runs on the same four steps. Software does one of them. Your operator, a GTM engineer on our team, does the other three.

The lineFour strokes, four steps.

The four steps

Each step is a station on the same line. Scroll down it, or jump to a station from the route board.

  1. Station 01 of 04

    Your operator

    Pick

Picks who to contact. On Starter, from your connections and LinkedIn search. On Signal and Authority, from Sales Navigator lists and buying signals.

Signal and Authority also sort your buyers into groups, so the picks get sharper over time.

  2. Station 02 of 04

    Your operator

    Write

Writes every invitation and every message, in your voice.

On Authority, your operator also writes what goes out under your name in posts, since profile management and founder content are part of that plan.

    Sample, on SignalOperator wrote it

Say a company starts hiring three sales reps. The first line might be:

First lineSaw you're adding three SDRs. Are they ramping on your current playbook, or are you rebuilding it first?

  3. Station 03 of 04

    Software

    Send

A cloud-based sending tool sends from your profile, with daily limits we set.

The weekly limit is the same on every plan, so a higher plan buys more of your operator's time and reach, not a bigger send.

The sending weekSame on every plan

Sent on weekdays, in your working hours.

    1. MonSending
    2. TueSending
    3. WedSending
    4. ThuSending
    5. FriSending
    6. SatNo sending
    7. SunNo sending

At most 100 invitations a week from your profile.

It's a hard limit inside the sending tool, not a target. On an account that hasn't sent before, the first week starts lower, at 50.

  4. Station 04 of 04

    Your operator

    Reply and book

When someone answers, your operator replies and puts the meeting on your calendar.

This is the same on every plan: Starter, Signal or Authority, your operator answers every reply themselves.

One thread, from invitation to meetingSample

    Your operator, from your profile

Tom, saw your comment about the deal stuck in security review. Is it the questionnaire holding it up, or the missing SOC 2 report?

    Tom replied

Both, honestly. The questionnaire is 240 questions and we don't have the report yet. Is that what you do?

    Your operator, from your profile

It is. Would 20 minutes on Monday or Tuesday help? I can go through the questionnaire with you.

Meeting booked Tue 15:00, your time. On your calendar.

A tool can do step 3. Steps 1, 2 and 4 take a person, and that's the work we do.

Signal $699 and Authority $1,999Not on your planOn your plan

On Signal and Authority: finding new buyers

Your operator sorts the people your buyer could be into a small number of groups, by role, company size and what they’re likely dealing with right now. That’s ideal-customer mapping in practice: not a document, just a sharper list to work from.

Examples of what we watch for: a company hiring for a role you help, a new funding round, a new leader in the role you sell to. The exact list depends on the signal tools we use.

Your operator builds and runs these lists inside Sales Navigator, which is part of Signal and Authority.

Sample, on SignalSample

A compliance consultancy shows up in a buying-signal search: hiring for a compliance manager.

Operator note

The compliance consultancy is the kind of skip we’d rather catch in the search filter. From next week, consultancies don’t reach the list at all.

Authority $1,999Not on your planOn your plan

On Authority: buyers who come to you

Authority adds your own profile and posts to the mix, so buyers can find you as well as the other way round.

What you do

A kickoff call about what you sell and who buys it, and access to your LinkedIn account through our sending tool’s own login. After that, you take the meetings.

The first 90 days

What to expect in your first 90 days.

What to expect in your first 90 days
  1. Week 1

Kickoff call. Your operator opens your account and sends your first invitations.

  2. Week 2

Replies usually start, and your operator begins booking meetings.

  3. Weeks 3 to 8

Your operator drops the picks that don’t get answers and adds more of the ones that do.

  4. Day 90

You have a clear read on which picks are working, and your operator keeps refining them.

Based on how LinkedIn outreach usually runs.

Get the free audit. A GTM engineer scores your profile, names the 10 people we’d contact first and picks the plan we’d start you on.

Where do I find my link?

On the LinkedIn app: tap your photo, then View profile, then the three dots, then Share via, then Copy link. On a computer: open your profile and copy the address bar.

Free. A GTM engineer checks your profile and emails your audit within 24 hours: a profile score, 10 warm prospects and the plan we’d start you on.

Where should we send your audit?

Profile: linkedin.com/in/

Your audit arrives here. Nothing else, unless you ask.

How big is your network?

LinkedIn shows others only “500+”, so we can’t see this. It helps us pick your plan.
