How it works

  1. PickYour operator
  2. WriteYour operator
  3. SendSoftware
  4. Reply and bookYour operator

Your LinkedIn tool sends invitations. It doesn’t pick, write or reply.

We use a sending tool too. The difference is the person before and after it.

If a LinkedIn tool gave you spammy messages, a quiet inbox or a restricted account, sending was never the hard part. A tool makes sending cheap, so it sends more, to anyone who fits a filter. What it skips is the choice: who gets an invitation, and why.

SampleSay your tool sent 400 invitations last month to every CTO at a 20 to 200-person company. Most were ignored. LinkedIn counts ignored invitations against you.

In their words

People who switched a tool on describe the same few outcomes:

I got restricted on LinkedIn despite the recommended filters on the number of daily actions.

It’s just yet another one of those spammy tools the companies use to try to drum up business.

In most cases it’s not the tool, it’s people trying to squeeze 6 months of outreach into 2 weeks.

Why automation tools stall

LinkedIn’s help page lists three reasons it may stop you sending invitations. Two are about volume and ignored invitations. The third says: “If you send an excessive number of invitations and we suspect the use of an automation tool, we may suspend or restrict your account.”

Section 8.2 of its User Agreement lists “Use bots or other unauthorized automated methods” among the things members must not do. That covers every sending tool, including the one we use.

Better wording inside the tool doesn’t save a weak list. In Belkins’ 2025 data, campaigns using AI prompts got a 7.3% reply rate, against 7.0% without.

What we’d change around the tool

Your operator is a GTM engineer on our team. That’s true on every plan, Starter included.

  1. 01

    Pick each person first

    Your operator

Before anything is sent, your operator picks each person. On Signal, that includes buying signals, so we reach people when they show they’re ready.

    What each plan includes
  2. 02

    Write every message

    Your operator

The tool sends what your operator wrote. Nothing goes out from a template.

Outreach that doesn’t read like a template
  3. 03

Send at most 100 invitations a week

    Software

LinkedIn doesn’t publish its limit. This one is ours. Sending happens on weekdays, in your working hours.

  4. 04

    Stop if LinkedIn restricts you

We stop sending within 24 hours and tell you the same day.

The first 24 hours after a restriction

When this won’t fix it

  1. Can this still get your account restricted? It can.

  2. LinkedIn’s User Agreement doesn’t allow third-party automation tools, and we use one to send. Nobody can promise your account won’t be restricted, so we don’t. If you’d rather keep your own profile out of it, we can send from a GTME operator’s profile instead.

  3. If you have the hours and like running the tool, keep it. Our guide covers the picking and the writing: LinkedIn outreach for founders.

Common questions.

Do you use automation too?

Yes. A cloud-based sending tool with daily limits sends the invitations from your profile. A person picks every invitation, writes every message and answers every reply.

Is your weekly cap LinkedIn’s limit?

No. LinkedIn doesn’t publish a weekly number, and says a restriction on sending typically lasts one week. Our cap of 100 invitations a week is our own choice.

My account was restricted while I used a tool. Can we still work together?

Tell us on the call. We’d wait until the restriction lifts and you’ve done LinkedIn’s steps, then start at 50 invitations in week 1. We can’t promise it won’t happen again.

Will my prospects know a tool sent it?

It comes from your profile, with a note your operator wrote in your voice. If someone asks whether you wrote it, your operator says a member of your team drafted it, and that you take every meeting yourself.

Where should we send your audit?

Your audit arrives here. Nothing else, unless you ask.

How big is your network?

LinkedIn shows others only “500+”, so we can’t see this. It helps us pick your plan.
